Brian R. Pitt is the President and Broker of Mortgage Planning Consultants, Inc. Brian holds a M.B.A. degree as a graduate of San Diego State University. Brian also obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Arizona. Brian is a licensed Broker by the California D.R.E. and has over ten years of experience in the investment arena. Brian’s past includes trading mortgage-backed securities with a large financial institution. Brian also acted as a trader for a Securities Hedge fund during the Internet/Tech Boom of the late 1990’s. Brian has always had a skill for assisting people with their finances. He takes pride in utilizing the mortgage as a center-spoke and financial tool for families while helping them to understand how a properly structured and selected mortgage can help one create wealth over time. Brian is a passionate student of the broader global markets as well as local real estate markets, and studies the daily local economic indicators that help dictate today’s marketplace. Brian works with a wide network of financial planners, CPA’s, lawyers, investors, and real estate agents.
